Hedwig has more than 20 years of experience in many aspects of medical affairs, working as a consultant for large and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies throughout Europe and in a wide range of therapeutic areas. She is committed to contribute to this continuously evolving area and passionate about the growing importance of the medical affairs role in the cross-functional teams.

Her primary focus is on gaining and communicating insights to optimize the pre- and post-marketing lifecycle management of biologicals and small molecules. Her main expertise lies in strategic communication and educational projects.

Hedwig graduated as a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Leuven University, Belgium. She obtained master degrees in medical sciences, in pharmaceutical sciences and in health economics.
